I have noticed one thing. i dont know whether its a bug or issue. I have search the keyword “fake doctor” in google. local search shows two reputed and genuine hospital in search list. does it mislead the search newbies ?

The search has picked up on the keyword doctor. When you search by default it will try and match all the keywords but if it cannot then it will only match some of them. There are search modifiers you can use to force it to match all keywords. If you search for “+fake +doctor” (without the quotes) it will not find those Maps entries. Search tries to be simple to use @NajamG .
Your question would probably be better on the Google Search product forum https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/websearch rather than here on Local Guides Connect. As a general rule, if there isn’t a topic that seems to be a perfect fit then the post is probably not perfect for Connect.
