Oh @Rezgar what a tough question! I would say anything you can cook on the grill, in my town especially a river fish called Surubi, you can eat it grilled, you can prepare “milanesas” or fish sticks with it, sorry I don’t have any pics at hand, For dessert probably ice cream because it’s always really hot here. I’ from Posadas - Argentina
You can check @Cecilita ‘s Argentinian food post series for more info on other popular dishes

I live in Miyagi, Japan. Sashimi (raw fish) and sushi that are popular with foreign travelers. Miyagi (Tohoku region) and Hokkaido are much more delicious and cheaper than the capital. This is called “海鮮丼 Kaisen Don (Seafood bowl)”. The port town that disappeared in the 2011 tsunami was reborn and provided again. You won’t be able to eat this size for $ 15 elsewhere🦐
@Rezgar Hello!
I live in Ukraine. Traditional Ukrainian cuisine will appeal to all those who like a hearty and tasty meal. The most famous dish of our cuisine is Borsch. Borsch is a dish widely known abroad. There are many recipes for its preparation, and each housewife has their own. But first of all, it is a vegetable soup with beets at the base of the dish, obligatory meat filling and, of course, sour cream as a perfect seasoning.
Hey @Rezgar , great idea for post thank you! I live in the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia and would like to share with you one of mine favorite homemade specialty from our cuisine. The bread or rather the round loaf is one of the symbols of our country, and for the various holiday celebrations each household prepares and decorates the loaf according to the specific celebration. We called it “питка” (pitka) and this one that I will share with you is made by my mum
