I am thinking of starting a food tour for travelers who visit HCMC. What would you recommend for the food?

I think it would be quite many choices for us to pick when it comes to cuisine in Sai Gon, as I can think of a great example by the post 12 Quận Sài Gòn ăn gì chơi gì, kindly shared by @tieutru236 .
