What to do when a business incorrectly claims a Google maps listing (public park)

This listing is currently named “Mhyrays homeland properties”. This is actually “Wright Park” - a public park in my city of birth in the Philippines. If you look at the reviews, you will see that it is a park/tourist attraction. It looks like it has been incorrectly claimed by a real estate business (see the “From the owner” section). I’ve tried to change the name several times but I always get the dreaded “Not accepted” result. Not sure what other steps I can take.

EDIT: I see that it has successfully been renamed. However, the owner might still be the business so will continue to monitor (there is still a "From the owner " section that describes it as a real estate business)

I’ve had the edit accepted on that one @PatLV23 . I don’t have info about reporting the location, if it’s claimed by someone then I guess they can change things back. Hopefully someone can assist with that.

Thank you. I’m not seeing it yet though. Either it takes a while to propagate or they already changed it back.

Hi @PatLV23 , thank you for reporting it.
You can highlight the situation in https://support.google.com/business/community?hl=en
In this way Google Business Profile can investigate and remove the ownership
