I used to wonder how I can be of help to people globally, how I can contribute to my community positively and how I can share my interests and life time experiences to a larger audience.Then, I found out about the google Local Guides Program. Thanks to my Twin sister. Now, I have my happy place.

After I decided to be a local guide , I quickly realized I had plenty more to do by giving more time to contribute valuable contents. I have become more involved in engaging with other local guides in my city, what is happening in my community, from trending restaurants to interesting places to hang out amidst others.

Being part of the program is undoubtedly a rewarding hobby that gives me fulfillment and immense pleasure knowing am being helpful to so many people using google worldwide. It is a special feeling to be able to influence how millions of people find great places and get vital information.

Another thing that makes a great impression on me is the vast opportunity to learn. Also, getting emails and positive feedbacks from the team from time to time motivates me and sure makes me feel very appreciated.
