What the Local Guide Program mean to me: Unique Digital Customer Experience on Google Maps!

The Google Local Guide program means so much to me. Thanks to Google Maps and the Local Guide Program, I have put businesses of friends on Google Map, and provided potential and existing customers of local businesses with the relevant information of the businesses I have listed, provided fair, honest and reliable reviews and unparalleled customer services. Modern Businesses need to embrace digital inclusion for customers to connect, interact, do virtual tours, find relevant and up-to-date information about products, services and offers and much more.

Customers do not need to always physically drive to your business before they can connect, and do businesses with you. For me, the Google Local Guide Program has provided the platform with powerful tools to make this a reality. People can now sit at the comfort of their homes or offices or even on the go and get adequate and reliable info about businesses, products, services and reviews before making any purchasing decision.
The Program has made Customer service and support a digital experience with enormous conveniences to customers and more profitability to businesses.

Interestingly, Google Keeps updating me on records and performance of my listings, photos and reviews posted about various places and on all contributions I make as a Local Guide. Recently, A local business I listed has over 3000 views in the past 28 days as seen in the photo below:

As a web developer with many years of working experience, I decided to build a platform 5 years ago where people can go and get customer support services as many family and friends relied heavily on me to get reliable information when they wants to buy electronic products or buy other tech based services. I discovered Google Listing and the Local Guide Community in the year 2017 and concluded that the program fits perfectly into the platform I wanted to build.
