What sorts of videos can accompany posts?

I am working with different services and their googlemaps accounts.

For example - I have a Karate studio, a craft studio and an organization that works to help people escaping drug use as well as others - like bakeries and tow truck companies.

What are acceptable videos? I realize I can provide items that depict what is done at the shop but, for example, the Karate studio has some short instruction videos they would like to share and the organization that works with people escaping drug use have a LOT of video materials that support and explain the issues around what they do but is not actually taking place at that site.

There are also other services I work with like a local environmental service that has images of work performed all over the place but not at the facility listed on googlemaps.

What is your opinion?

Hi @AlfredBrock

Good question because this could be the question of many users.

Google Maps is a platform to introduce real locations, so it is suggested that photos and videos be taken at that specific location. Placing a portfolio on Google Maps is not something appreciated. The photos and videos should focus on what we should expect when we go to the place. Focusing on services in other locations or products delivered to other locations could be done on the business website.

Moreover, no need to say that Google Maps user-generated content policy should be followed and also avoid Prohibited content such as clear faces without direct permission to share on Google Maps.
