Virtual meet-ups allow Local Guides from different countries and time zones to learn from one another, but creating an engaging gathering requires more than opening a meeting link.
I would love to learn what activities work best. Do you use short story spotlights, photographs, open questions, small challenges, introductions, polls, demonstrations, or structured discussion topics?
I am especially interested in ideas that help both new and experienced members feel comfortable participating.
