The journey from being a Map Maker in 2011 to a Local Guide now, I have been loving contributions on the maps.
Helping other people and community is my goals, and to keep contributing to Google Maps through the Local Guides program is my passion because I could help others to find the missing gems not only in my country but also around the world whenever I add new places, rate, and review, add photos, suggest edits, and answer questions. Knowing the advantages, using and sharing on Google Maps, it now becomes a habit and must-have tool for my daily life.
The involvement of the program gives me more chances to help local businesses in Cambodia and other parts of the world where I have been at, get online presence on Google, and also build a close relationship with other Local Guides. And overall, I love the program which gives me unforgettable experiences, more opportunities to contribute to society and be able to make more friends worldwide (virtually and in-person).
