What local guides means to me: Why I love to add my photos

I have lived in many states and I love to go to small, out of the way, places. Places that many may never have visited or perhaps even heard of before. One such place is the Booth Museum in Carterville, GA. You would not think that a Western Art museum an hour and a half north of Atlanta would be the place to put such a gem. My photos of the Booth museum are some of my most popular. Several have thousands of views.

Another such place is the Haan Museum of Indiana Art, in Lafayette, IN. This is a beautiful home that is filled with Indiana art. There is even a small sculpture garden outside of the home. (Yes, it is a home. It is owned by a local family who lives there and has collected this art.) Currently one of my photos of this museum has 354,635 views.

There is a small botanical garden in Kennesaw, GA that is called the Smith-Gilbert Gardens. It is beautiful there any time of year. I heard about this garden online and no one I knew had ever heard of it. So I shared my photos with them and posted them on Google as well. My photos of this location also have thousands of views.

I love to take photos of places because then I can share just a little bit of my experience at that location. I can share them with people that I will never meet. I can also look back on those photos and see how many others have also enjoyed them. I love to take photos. Sharing with others is just a bonus for me.
