When I was beginning traveller I was always checking places on maps. I liked to know where to go and what to expect. And I still do.
Then I realized that social reviews have huge impact for everyone. In contrast to eg. Michelin stars.
And that was the beginning. I started to contribute. I don’t even remember which review or photo was the first (I’m sure I can check it but it would ruin the fun ;)).
I’m sure those are one of the first… My favourite place in my home city Gliwice. The place is owned by my really good friend. And the best place for beer in Poland. I’m sure RateBeer cannot be wrong with that. The name Dobry Zbeer is kind of a wordplay. It means Good Thug, but there is a beer in it.
Another The Best, another amazing place. The first, the best place for specialty coffee in Gliwice, in Silesia Region, maybe in Poland. The Kafo.
Thanks to such recommendations I visited many beautiful places around the world.
Here is me during running on some beach in Malta:
This is also me during skiing in Szczyrk, Poland
Now, when I plan a trip, I always check photos and reviews. Because I know, that in those places there are people just like me, just like us. People who share their contribution with the community.
