Local guide program always has fascinated me towards social contribution. Also I have extremely benefited by Google products such as Google maps/Google search engine etc. Hence now it becomes my duty and responsibility to help back Google, so that other people can also get benefited like me.
I have been contributing as a guide since 6 to 7 years. Now I have accumulated more than 13000 points. Soon I am expecting my level to be 8. I feel so much satisfying, when so many people are getting benefited from my contribution. I have traveled to more than 12 countries and I am proud that I am able to contribute to google maps for most of my visits. I have travelled with my family in many unknown territories with ease due to Google. Also I have successfully explored the entire Europe region, which has been achieved just with the help of Google maps. So I express my gratitude for this local guide program, which is making a significant contribution to the present society.
I feel my photos and reviews are being extremely helpful to the society. I have totally gathered 1.4Million photo views and 43000 review views. I feel many of my photos helped to improve hotel/ super market/ restaurant/ businesses. They have also helped people appropriately plan their visits. One of my review on TH Ingolstadt, Germany was most liked review. Here I had explained about the way of teaching in university and also about the job prospects. This review has attracted lots of views and likes from upcoming students, who don’t know the ground reality of university. This has helped to decide their education.

I feel appreciated when people press like button and also sometimes comment on my contribution. Monthly newsletter boosts my motivation to reach the next level to contribute more and more. I also have a desire to become a top no.1 local guide by acquiring more points. Some people have also appreciated me for contributing to their business and bringing them to online world (which helps them to boost their business)
