At the beginning of using Google Maps, I didn’t know the route when I was traveling. I used Google Maps’s navigation function to arrive our destination. During using Google Maps, I thought Google Maps very convenient.
At the end of the navigation, some information about the place would appear, such as photos, reviews, and so on.
I would take a look at this information about the place by the way, see other people’s comments, and recommend some foods, items, routes, etc… But some place had little information content, which made me the idea of uploading photos and reviews.
Uploading and sharing photos make me feel very fun because I can accumulate my own Local Guides Level on Google Maps. Just like other social platforms, you can send out posts to operate your own social account.
After uploading the photos, Google Maps would report how many viewers had seen the shared photos. I also found that some good-looking photos would get more viewers, which made me want to learn how to take good-looking photos.
During taking photos, I would try out to find out how to put beautiful scenery into my photos, and I thought it very interesting when exploring this matter.
Over time, the more photos and comments I uploaded and shared, I suddenly noticed that my Local Guides Level had also gone up. The number of photo viewers on Google Maps and Local Guides Level could give me a sense of accomplishment.
I really like using Google Maps because I can use it to record my favorite attractions. After inadvertently becoming Local Guides, I hope that Google Maps will be the best app because of my efforts in the future.
