WHAT LOCAL GUIDE PROGRAM MEANS TO ME

Good day everyone.
My name is Anyamele John Uche, The local guide program means my life, future and world to me. I am a Nigerian who believes in good deed. I use this program to help others who most especially find it hard to locate places as well as help local businesses put their place of hustle in google map.
Local guide to me means an opportunity to help others in various location find places easily, make new friends and help people understand what various places are meant for including what they offer.
I joined local guide program about 1 year ago when I almost got lost trying to locate a school at a rural area in Lagos, Nigeria. I felt so bad that day and when I remembered google map, I quickly searched for the place.

Immediately I got to my destination, I felt happy. I then thought of those who would get lost if no one added various places on map. This made me to take a shot of the school I visited for a start and uploaded it on google map (by then I didn’t know what was google local guide).
The next thing I got was a mail from google stating that I can do more that my picture has been viewed by people as well as helped others. Since I find love, pleasure and joy helping others, I saw that as the biggest privilege of my life to helping others locate places easily.
The love I have for this program is beyond imagination. Sometimes I walk for hours to check facts of various places. One funny moment was when I fell into a drainage system when lustfully trying to check if a place had a wheel chair accessible entrance. People laughed at me. One of those who laughed at me met me after few months, came to hug me saying he saw what I posted on google map and he was really proud of me. Those kind words kerps on motivating me.
Sometimes when I go to some eatries, I give comments which comprises of their various food and how costly it could be. But I always have fun doing that.
Since I have started, I have not physically seen any other local guides to talk to. But this will never stop me from helping others for free by posting pictures and videos of places, by giving information of places through comments, by rating places due to my experience from those places and so forth.
I might be poor but no matter what, ill keep on helping people as much as I can through this local guide program till I die.
