What Local Guide means to me? Make people’s life more easy and efficient.

The Local Guide started in my life as a surprise, because I always knew that share this type of content is very important, but I didn’t know that Google had a program for this and you could be recognized for sharing your photos and reviews. It’s an amazing program and for me, Local Guide means to make people’s life more easy and efficient.

Today we have billions of people in the world and a large number of stores, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, delivery food, and something there are not discovered yet. Maybe some coffee at the moon? ?

It means that we have a large number of options and also have less time to decide. So what’s the mathematic? Make choices more easy and fast to spend your time enjoying the experiences and also to do more and make your day, month or year more efficient.

That’s the work of a Local Guide! That’s my work!

I have two reviews that caused more impact, one positive review and another negative because life it’s not only good things, right? As a Local Guide, I need to be able, to tell the truth.

The positive is about the US service to do the VISA in the south of Brazil. Many people said that the service at the place was unhelpful and late. When I arrived at the place I was really nervous, but to my surprise, I was seen earlier than expected and after 20 minutes I had my VISA approved. And a plus: the passport with the VISA arrived at my home in 5 days. For Brazil, these are really fast, because most services take up to two weeks to deliver. My review was seen by 3,188 people and contributes to the service and with the people that are more comfortable now to get your VISA and other documents.

And about the negative, I went to a restaurant with my friends and we had a disrespectful moment. You can see more details in the review, but I know how they change your waiting service and are really better. So if I had been quiet the service will continue bad and maybe it could happen with other people. My job as a Local Guide is, to tell the truth, to propose the change and improve the service of our lives.
