I want to contribute to Google Local Guides as a guide. Please instruct me what else I can do about this?
You can contribute many ways but mainly 2 different ways,
1st, Google maps allow us to improve our local area and place we’ve visited in the past or where we’re currently by adding places and photos, edit listings & checking the facts, find the duplicate place and complain about spam on maps.
And 2nd on Local Guides Connect. You can contribute by helping others with your knowledge. You can share your knowledge and experience in many categories like local stories, photographs, travel history, and more here on connect. There are many posts about this topic on local guides connect, search, and read to get a proper idea. Hope you get your answers.

The answer to your question is coming directly from your help page in Google maps: Points, levels, and badging “Earn points by contributing content to Google Maps. Score a place with ratings, describe your experience with reviews, share photographs and videos, provide insights with answers, respond to questions about a place, update information with place edits, add missing places**, or verify information by checking facts.”
Everyone of us contribute on his own way, and I see that you already contributed with Photos, Reviews , Videos and Answers. Editing or adding places can be an interesting experience, but you can share more also adding Lists, to guide others on your area.

There are multiple ways to contribute to Maps.
Adding, describing, illustrating through photos & correcting information related to points of interests. Making the information up to date by answering questions through “Know this place?”
Removing duplicates, fake & spams.
Answering queries posted by others.
However, in my opinion, it’s crucial to be a trustworthy contributor.
Like so, our additions must be compliant to Maps user-contributed content policy.
Nevertheless, we miss that sometimes resulting in a phenomenon of some reviews becoming “private”. A periodic clean up of that is necessary.
Similarly, the photo upload should adhere to these guidelines.
Then, removal of private photos, duplicates or near-duplicates, dull images, selfies & group pictures, night time clicks etc. is also utmost essential.
Currently, you have locked your profile & hence it would not be possible for you to determine the quantum of private reviews & photos.
Nevertheless, as I understand from some earlier threads, a disproportionate increase in that had created some difficulties to those profiles.
