Poutine is a traditional one where I’m from, bet you can’t guess where? I’m joking of course, if you want to try poutine for yourself, it might not be to your like but it only has three ingredients: gravy, fries, and cheese.

If you like both cheese and gravy you should like it, but I’ve met a lot of foreigners who don’t like it because of gravy.
