Since i started to participate as a local guide in Google, i wanted to share information about my family business to try to increase the sales. This is the most interesting thing i have done, i share my aunt business to help her to grow, and guess what, yes, i did that. I posted that in 2018 and since that moment my aunt started to sale more, so i helped my family to grow.
Another thing that it interesting is the fact that i use this platform to guide people that visit my country and i love that people see my contributions and they use that to know where, when and how to go. For example, i shared photos, videos and information about a soccer stadium here in mi city (Quito, Ecuador) and people see that and they after started to search information about it, i know that because a friend told to me he saw my name in the photos that he was seeing and he was searching about what i was publishing.
I also created a list of my city which includes 8 principal sites to visite when come here, that list has some information about the places and a specific order to visit them, i think it could help a lot of tourist that use Google Maps and are without a tour guide, i could be their virtual guide… I love my city and share that information to people around the world is one of the most beatiful feelings.
I really like to be a local guide and i will be contributing and sharing information about everything i think is important, i want to have more experiences like that.
