As a google local guide I have made a big impact by uploading photos of attractions to google maps which helps people to preview those attractions before their visit. Overall the photos that I have uploaded, have been viewed over 4,96,490 times. One of the most popular photo is the one that I have taken at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science at Dallas, Texas, USA, which was viewed over 77,815 times. I too unbiased reviews of attractions that I have experienced so that it helps others to know what to expect and what not to expect thereby helping them to make the right decision on considering a visit to such places.
Finding some address such as a street or business is extremely difficult without maps, I myself have struggled in the past to find a particular street which is not added to google maps, then I felt adding such missing streets or business to google maps would be of immense help for people and I started adding such places. One such business was a computer shop in Chennai was added by me to google maps which were helpful to many of their customers as well as the business owner. It makes me feel good when I add photos, places & reviews to google maps as it helps millions of people in the future, which I shall continue to do as always.
