What is the most interesting thing you've done as a Local Guide

As a local guide, I relish on the idea of helping people.

Last year, I visited a refugee house in Buffalo, NY. This same house has helped several refugees get settled in Canada over the years. I wanted to see for myself, the plight and difficulties humans will go through to achieve security and peace that only a few of us take for granted.

As a guide, I took pictures and shared them including my comments. As of recently, it has over 30,000 views. As a result., I also got questions from people around the world wanting to know about this place. I was able to respond to all of the inquires in hopes that it could help others.

There is no better feeling as a guide, to be able to help others in need.

I appreciate the venue that Google has given us to help all in need of directions of some sorts.

Thank you,

MD
