The most interest thing I always do as a Local Guide is to make a lot of reviews that contain a lot of information, criticisms, and suggestions about the place. For me, making a review means helping them as a place owner so that their business can grow and innovate better in hope their place will get more visitors. In addition, the reviews I’ve provided can be useful for those who want to know that place, for example, to inform what menu is in the restaurant that I highly recommend, or where the best photo spots in the place. Everything feels good because I not only keep my own impressions and interesting experiences, but also I can share it with others.
In the review that I wrote, I certainly did not forget to include a few photos to show the state of the place. This helps prospective visitors to be interested in coming to that place. Not only take photos in the room, but I also take pictures of the buildings or locations around it. Believe me! it makes easy for people to find a place or location, because I also had the experience of entering the wrong building because I didn’t know how the front of the building looked before. That’s so annoying! 
Before I knew what Google Local Guides were, I rarely took photos of places. However, after I know that there are ways to share stories besides being an article writer, we can easily share those impressions and experiences to every place on Google maps, then it makes me love photography slowly. Ha ha ha
Another thing that I like as a Local Guide is that I can make a list of recommendations for places to visit. This is not just sharing, but I also made it a target that one day I would visit one place at a time on the list and leave a trail by sharing experiences through reviews.
I am very grateful to get the title as a Local Guide on Google Maps. That means, I have helped many people. Thank you Google Maps for giving us a place to share, and thanks for all the local Google guides that have contributed a lot. I am very proud to be part of this cool community!
