What is the most interesting thing you have done as a Local Guides ?

Being a local guide has given me the opportunity to contribute in any environment that i have been to. I have been considering local guides as a game since it has levels and the rewards that i have got in the past months, but the impact to society is bigger that it is expected. One thing for sure is that we can see live how the condition of an area is, whether it has traffic jam, road blocks, or smooth possible, there are few local guides heroes reporting behind their screens to the real life condition of the situation. Another thing i know for sure is that i can help small medium enterprises (SMEs) scale up through local guides. There was once a newly opened small Mexican Themed restaurant in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia which was still quiet at the moment. While other people updated through social media such as Instagram and Facebook, i made my own path in being a local guide; to rate, review, and post a picture on Google Maps to which it made a booming reaction to Gmaps audience that are curious of of the place. The audience on Google maps have better reaction since they are looking at the direction to the location, food pictures and prices varieties better than other social medias. Until today, Mamasita Mexican restaurant & Tapas bar Kota Kinabalu has always been liveful and get crowds daily from locals and tourists coming after seeing the review that i made! ( reviewed by level 8 local guide)

Hi @Andika_Danis ,

I’ve noticed that your post has a Malay language label, so I removed it. If you want to know more about the language labels I recommend you to read the article How do I find posts in my preferred language?
