I didn’t quite understand your post. Would you please elaborate? Are you asking how to add a Road Junction on Google Maps? If that’s the case, please note that roads can’t be added by Local Guides. If, however, you have found a road that isn’t present on the Map, what you can do is report it by following the steps in here.

Road junction are part of the road layer, and are not editable on Google Maps by Local Guides.
I know that in many countries road junctions are also a reference point for other activities, markets and more, and olso have a Local Name, but still part of the road.
If you want to add a new junction, you should send a feedback following the indication given by @KlaudiyaG , but you cannot categorise it by yourself.
