If you are think, that answer is really easy, its not so straight.
My oponion is, making first step in new experience. Every our experience, which we write to board, must be 1 day older.
When we going from restaurant, museum, match or concert, we are full of emotions. But someone who are arriving to institutions are empty of our emotions. One bad experience, can realy hurt. Be responsible. Think, if you will return, or, why you want / dont want to return. Do not tell everything. Yust leave some easter eggs. 
Most interesting things what i have done is review some places, which are forgot, like restaurants, hotel a etc.
Local guide program is oportunity for me, for us to tell about our real world, how beautiful is.
