Good evening guys, I was using the Android system and changed it to iOS, I do not understand what is meant by the answer, if you have an idea on the subject please reply and thank you.

Hello @Itsabdo . It shows how many questions (yes/no question) you have answered on Google Maps about places you’ve visited. So far, from the screen shot I can tell that you have answered 88 questions from 250 questions to achieve the next level badge (Master Fact Finder).
If you’ve visited or reviewed a place, a prompt (“Know this place?”) will appear. To trigger prompts for places you’ve visited, be sure your Location History is on.
