What I love to share on Maps as Local Guide

My name is Davide and I am a passionate local guide.

I live in Milan, Italy, even if most of my contributions to Maps comes from my trips around the world. I’ve started to contribute to Google Maps as soon as the Local Guide program was launched in ‘15. I love to share with all Google users the beauty of the places that I visit through the photographs that I take during my travels.

I’m also a passionate photographer, and I believe that sharing through Maps my pictures is a very good way to put them to use. In this way I can share my passion and help other people in finding out the best out the great, complex but wonderful world that Maps tries to represent.

I’ve posted pictures out of my trips to various european (Milan - my city, London, Copenhagen, Porto, Valencia, Gotheborg, Malmo, Prague, Vienna, Munich, ) and american (New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, Miami) cities and across the world (Cambodia, Cuba, Mexico, Polinesia), and as much photos as I can of my beloved italian mountains (Valtellina, Valcamonica, Dolomites). Even if this picture was taken at my hometown, Roccabianca…

I always try to add as much useful hints and information as possible alongside my picture, to help other people through my experiences. And I really hope that people can get the best out of my contribution to Maps!!

Moreover I love to discover new places and add them to Maps, even if nowadays thanks to the great job of Local Guide Community the world outside is quite well mapped!

I also never lose the chance to review the best restaurant I do visit, since I think that the reviews of shops and restaurant must really help people to figure out what they can expect from them.
