Through GoogleMaps, I want to show the world how differently the places I visit can be perceived. There is never only one view, there is as well nearly never a YES or NO in the world, but often BOTH or a MAYBE…
The point is really the feeling you have when visiting a place! Every place has something like a soul. So maybe you do visit an “unsightly” town, but exactly there you meet the person of your life… Will you remember this place like you have judged in the first moment ??? I have been to places, where people told me, this is the heaven on earth, but I have had stomach pain…
My passion is to contribute via photos. I do as well write reviews, but photos are the kind of contribution I like most. I strongly believe, that retailing is the key for the wealth of regions, so I’m focusing on shops. There are so many kind of shops and there are so many ways to present products… As well when you have for example only ONE colour, there can be really a lot of different types of this one product category.
As it is a picture without a advertisement company, but only via a simple smartphone, in my opinion it give a clue how the reallity can look like, when visiting the place.
Beside this I’m also taking photos from monuments or other tourist attractions. For this kind of places I as well write mostly the reviews.
I’m totally aware about, that I’m no professional photographer, but I do it due to the gameification of GoogleMaps and I have learned that there is some kind of algorithm that GoogleMaps select fair, if my picture is fine or not and I do accept this.
