What I love to share on Google Maps

What I love to share on Google Maps is mainly RAMEN.

As a big ramen lover originally born in Tokyo and moved into California, I’ve been craving ramen bowls here and there. However, at the time there was almost no information in the Map - of course we can look up ‘Ramen restaurant’ and in fact Google suggested some locations, but to my ramen perspective, they are NOT true ramens.

Probably that was because the level of the restaurants are premature (to be honest, these days it’s significantly improved!), but posting more ramen photos I can promote great ramen locations, great ramen chef, and what to eat there.

Also I’d like to emphasize a ‘lift’. Sometimes I see ramen photo of just a bowl, right after it was served. Like this.

Hey, I think you eat MAINLY noodle. Then, why don’t you include that?!

So, this is what I do.

‘Lift’-ing the noodle! Now you see how thick it is, how smooth its texture is, and how bold it is! Knowing noodle, you know more of the bowl.

Ramen restaurant is sometimes not stable, day by day changing. That’s why I’d post not only one time, and keep updating information. It’s not just a one time establishment, so here the local community works beautifully.
