Contributing in the google maps could not have been easier then this. I love to contribute in my way which is photographs and detailed reviews. For me traveling with in the city and out of the city gives a great opportunity to share the journey and places on map. A photograph gives a clear view of the place that helps people a lot.
I have been contributing approximately from last 4-5 years and it gives a sense of accomplishment when people watch your photographs and reviews. Google local guide is a place where we love to encourage everyone and its a community free of all the barriers.
Having said that please find some of the photographs i have added on the google map.
This post is all about why i am here on this platform and love to share and contribute on the platform such as google map and local guide connect. The idea of community working to make google map better every day is the USP here. People working from different Geographic locations and timezones just out of their interest in itself a breakthrough.
Why i am here: It is the sheer number of people we are helping by contributing on google maps. A good review with superb pictures is something helps you to decide if you want to go there or not. This bring me to next point.
What it meant for me: To be honest and give authentic reviews about the places is so much important. It is not about your personal likes or dislikes but on the generics of it. We can review a place on multiple factors being clean, accessible are just few. This is my mantra when i share reviews and pictures about the places. I try to look out the things which put this place apart for most of the people.
What i love to share: The power of pictures and how easy it has become with the smartphones works out for me. It always gives a realistic way of showing people the place you are reviewing. So most of the time i share pictures a lot of them. I love to take pictures though sometimes it does get weird, but it okay. ? Just putting some pictures here.
