I am The Local Guide!

Hi my name is Wes and I have been a Local Guide for almost 3 years and currently level 8 with just 80 thousand views away from 7 million marks! I am very proud to be a part of The Local Guide community. The way I look at the big picture is a cycle. I add a business or outdoor park or just a few pictures a place. If that helps people to find it even just one person. I just helped that business to grow and maybe that one person has a new experience. The business pays taxes to the government and my community gets just a little more stable financially. Google Maps improves and has one more user that didn’t before. I volunteered a little of my time for this great benefit for everyone. That is why I love to share on google maps as my service to improve my community and giving back!

The answer would be to add and promote new businesses and places for people to visit!
