When reading a review, I always found it most helpful when the reviewer would provide both the positive experiences and the negative experiences to give the reader a more well rounded feel of what to expect. When I first started contributing to google guides reviews, I would just put in x number of stars out of 5; however, as I became more familiar with the platform, I began to provide more rich content. Photography and videography are my hobbies so I love sharing media in my posts to help create the imagery of what a new visitor may expect. I love sharing my true unadulterated experience so potential visitors can get a more encompassing feel for their potential first visit! If it means I have to go against the grain of the hype-train on a trending spot, or to bring to light a lesser known spot that deserves some new visitors, I will be the one happy to do so! By providing this information, if I can help just one person make their decision on which place to choose, it brings me joy to know was a part of the process!
