What I love sharing the most: Sushi & Activism!

Hi, beautiful people out there!

Lately, I am quite specialized about reviewing Sushi Buffet restaurants, I love to write extremely detailed reviews, writing: two lines of summary, the good, the bad, and the bottom line, for every restaurant that I visit. I also add a picture of the food and the restaurant. Eventually, I complete the information about the opening time of the place.
This became almost a vocation for me since I am eating often in restaurants Sushi restaurants during lunchtime, for practical reasons. So I use the reviews also for myself to remember which please was worth to be visited again.

The reviews are not just about the food, but also about hygiene and ecology: I may focus on food waste, leftovers, mono-use items, etc.https://youtu.be/C_VAVnYknvU

I try always to give extra credit to vegetarian, vegan, or social venues.

Restaurants are not the only venues that I review, I am also committed in reviewing institutions in order to keep an eye on how well they serve the community and highlight the positive and negative sides, always with respect and being constructive, even when you feel just like writing bad words to them.
