My favorite topic is various services that we receive from different providers every day. Such information on the map affects the situation, the quality and level of service, because it gives people the opportunity to choose the best or more suitable service for them, if not in all respects, then by many of them. And the quality and standard of living ultimately depends on the quality of services.
When a person is served quickly, efficiently, politely, friendly - it is uplifting. When served slowly and poorly - this, respectively, spoils the mood. And the mood of the people around us affects each of us.
And if we are talking about a service not just a seller or a waiter, but, for example, a doctor or a policeman, or even a chauffeur, then health and life may depend on the quality, competence and responsibility of those who provide this service.
