Google maps is a brilliant app, first of all cause it tells the traffic situation, i think that is one of the biggest wins in my region. Circa 2011, i was always using the foursquare app (which is now Swarm), for my check-ins and giving reviews about different places in my region. Fast forward to 2014 there about, i became an active user on Google maps, it became an app i use mostly, majorly giving suggestions for places that were inaccurate, accessibility details, and reviews about places. Because I am someone who goes out a lot, i have had the opportunity to giving reviews, and that’s what i love doing best to enable people visiting for the first time to be able to check reviews and rating. Asides being the one dropping the hot takes on places, I love to view reviews from other local guides asides myself, when I am visiting somewhere new.
