Google Maps is very important to help people decide their choices. Thinking on it, when I have a great experience that exceeds my expectations, I quickly comment on Google Maps to say for all comunity how awsome that local is.
On the other hand, when I have a frustating experience, generally associeted with a bad attendance, I also comment on Google Maps to alert all comunity how terrible that local is, with the hope some local administrator read my comment, answer it and try to improve his local service.
Obviously there are comments based on a specific personal experience or a specific bad day of the local that deviate from the pattern of other comments, but how bigger the participation of local users or guides, more reliable the local average will be for the community consult.
So our participation is primordial to help the community.
