As an actor I’m passionate about being creative and find that being a Local Guide is another way for me to be artistic and truthful about my experiences at places, venues, shops and locations.
I try to use humour and be succinct in my review comments and imagine that it helps people in a lighthearted and timely way bearing in mind the limited time people have in their busy lives on the go.
The most fun I have as a Local Guide is finding out which photo I share is the most popular with people. I find that it is the one’s I don’t “compose” that get the most hits!
I do get a sense of pride and social responsibility knowing my reviews and photos are having an influence on people’s decisions, experiences and lives!
