Hey everyone! What I like to share most on Google Maps is the reviews on the quality of services and products provided. To me customer service is of equal or greater importance than the actual product itself at times. As someone who has gone viral on social media and has been featured on several news networks and newspapers for what they have called “redefining customer service globally,” I take great pride in the content I share when I review any local business or organization within my community. Being a local guide to me means that I have to take my reviews very seriously as the world is relying on my local expertise to help them in their choices of services rendered. Being a Google Maps Local Guide has made my life more meaningful as I look forward to new adventures each time I step outside my home. It has become very exciting to know that someone somewhere in the world is reading my reviews and taking into consideration my perspective and input on all things local. One of my favorite things is discovering a new and/or small business and seeing how they compare to other local businesses. I especially enjoy when I am adding a new business on the map, it literally just gives me a thrill knowing that I am the first to arrive and review. I look forward to continuing to enjoy being a Google Maps Local Guide and growing with other Local Guides!
