I’ve been a Muscovite for 26 years and have recently become a Berliner. Being passionate about traveling and discovering different cuisines, I love sharing my restaurant experiences on Google maps the most.
How do I do that?
I prefer writing a short note explaining what hooked me on in the particular place. Also, I add photos of aesthetically served dishes.
Why do I do that?
There are several reasons behind it.
Firstly, an honest review - is a way of saying “thank you” to the owners and the staff. Or a critical note, which may aid the place to improve.
Secondly, an honest review - is a helpful tip for other Google Maps users. Personally, I often investigate reviews to find recommendations of certain dishes I must try.
Finally, an honest review - is a kind of a note in my personal but public diary, to reminisce in future over my subjective impressions and observations. And as I’ve mentioned in the title - I am dreaming of opening my own restaurant some day in the distant future. And while I am in the beginning of my journey towards this dream, I want to explore. And I enjoy this path, which has so many inspiring people to meet, cozy places to admire and surprising combinations to taste.
