Google map is a wonderful tool i use it every single day and i’m not sure how i coped before it. As i am currently living in Benin City, Nigeria, there are lots of unnamed streets, roads and missing places on Google map. What i love to share the most on Google maps is adding new streets names and missing roads. My wish is to one day see a Google map with no missing road and no missing street names.
I also love correcting addresses and making sure the directions given are to the place requested. I recently visited “Lily Hospital” in Benin City at Edo Osagie street. I followed the directions and it landed me on a different Edo Osagie street. I had to manually find my way back and to the hospital, and then i suggested an edit for the address and location which has since been updated. Helping my community find the precise location of their desired destination is one of the many reasons i love using and sharing Google maps.
Lastly, i love being the bridge between people and their favourite places or places they wish to visit by adding lots of pictures, videos and honest reviews.
