I love adding a review to places that far from people traffic. Places that are hidden in the yards of other houses or buildings. Such kind of places really needs feedbacks and review to draw traffic. I mean selective traffic. Usually, it is third generation coffee shops. Sometimes they sales books, vinyl or some handmade stuff. And there is some sort of people like me that appreciate such approach and design. There is a quite polite atmosphere and it is nice to being there. It could be somewhere in the gentrified ex-industrial area in Barcelona or residential area 30-min from Amsterdam Central by tram, or historical part of Kyiv, but you never find without Google Maps.
There is another kind of place I love to add to map or review. Places from my neighborhood. My wife and I live in a new residential area and entire infrastructure still in development and every new place that provides any necessary service is expected: barbershop, a dog grooming center, sports center, supermarket, etc. Sometimes such kind of places use lack of offers in the neighborhood and provide really poor service. Unfortunately, I have to share it as well.
I feel like a part of the ecosystem place where I live and Google Maps is a good tool for it.
