Being from Uganda, my country is endowed with a vast range of flora and fauna, offering an authentic view of East Africa’s wildlife and plant life in different areas of the country. Therefore, as a local guide I love sharing insights about these places with both the local and international community through sharing experience about places that house both endangered and thriving species around the country, including mountain Gorillas and different bird species respectively.
I find it necessary to share this because most of these intriguing places are easily accessible yet remain under-visited. There is a serial belief especially within the local community that the capital city (Kampala) is the only source of fun and adventure yet the rest of the country’s towns are filled with national parks, rough roads, and quiet villages with welcoming people.
