Touchwood never in my rarest dreams had I dreamt of becoming a local guide for Google. Its just that I purchased an Android one phone and that is when I started getting the prompts to rate and revew the local places I visit or a place that has not yet been listed on Google.
And this continued for say more than a year that I have been sharing things with people on google, I have been sharing my experience with everyone out there and helping them with the unexplored or less explored places and what all they need to know about the place or a location without even visiting that place. At times it happens that there are small businesses that offer great quality food, beverages and let’s say burgers, but that place is yet not marked/identified himself on the Google maps under any businesses so that people can pay a visit to the place and enjoy the food, drinks or play, if it has a playing area.
Now this way, not only my contribution is that I am highlighting that place among others, but also I am making a presence on the Google for thay place to make sure it reaches to people so they themself can explore it and get to more about the place, making a gradual increase in the businesses. I am happy that even a single post of mine is helping people change lives, or I would rather say, be it small, but my contribution is making people smarter, it is making people know the things, amneties, and the accessibility facilities if any restaurant is wheelchair accessible, if a place has its own parking to part the vehicles if you pay a visit with your loved ones. I feel good because I am letting people know what all are the facilities they will get/ have once thry visit any place and what all are there that is not there. And what they should keep in mind before paying a visit to any place.
