Well…It would be really difficult to explain with a single reason for what i love to share most on google maps and even it would be really unfair to be judgmental on this as the people like me never bond to or stick with a single thing.
I mean i never choose one thing to do on google map. some time put my reviews on places, hotels, foods or on places that i would have visited ever. Sometimes i upload photos for the places i have visited whether it is a business place or a tourist place. Even some times i suggest edits if i found something improper or incomplete.
So usually what i do is i open the google map on mobile, go to Your Contributions and wollaaaa…What will i see Goggle is smart enough to get some work from me as i will see many suggestions what should i do ? Definitely it knows how i can help it or the world to make map better. So i like this thing most as i do not need to find the things to contribute. google also do this to me. What i really need is just put my honest and true opinion on those suggestions.
Another thing is that, it is so simple that it does not take much efforts from you. You will understand this in following few lines.I often go to the places with my family for some personal reasons. I also take some photographs at there, some with family and friends and some about the place and some about the food i could found there. So what i do is share the good photos of places and food from that album to the map. So i never need my special efforts to contribute to the map. That is why i said it is so simple and it does not take any efforts to contribute. One example of it is before some time i went to a place called Randal Temple near my home town and i did the same. I have done this many times for many places if you see my contributions.
Apart from being a small contributor to the google maps what i like as a normal end user is that it really helps a lot the people like us.
With that said i really hope that all contributors and even end users could put this concept in mind that i mentioned above and start to contribute a little without expecting anything in return. I could assure you that that small amount of contribution everyday or week or month will definitely give you some valuable than the money…That satisfactory feel of Helping others.
