What I love about Google Maps and Why [from a level 5 local guide]

I love to share my experience in places I visited on Google Maps for the following reasons:

  1. I think the business owners deserve an honest feedback from its visitors/customers, so that they could keep doing what customers love about them, and make changes to things that need improvement.

  2. Local guide community makes me feel informed and supported. I love reading other people’s reviews before I go somewhere to make sure it is worth my visit. Hence, contributing my thoughts to the community I love happens naturally.
