Hi everyone!
I’m Inés from Argentina and I’m going to talk about what I like most to be a Local Guide. Now, I’m in level 5.
Nowadays, the verb “to share” is one of the most used verbs in the social media world. We usually spend a great part of our time sharing with of our virtual “friends” our daily life with pictures on Instagram, Facebook post or apps alike.
We have to admit that there is nothing compared to share with other person a moment face to face, but sometimes, because of this hectic life most of us have nowadays, it’s not that easy to meet someone in a cafeteria and have a conversation over a cup of coffee.
In Local Guide, I found a space to show people, who I don’t know, amazing places I went to; where I felt so at ease that I want to transmit some of my sensations while I was there and which I think that they are worth visiting.
Sometimes there are certain places, like Mompiche a tiny coast village in Ecuador, that they are not on the spotlight just because they are not super touristy and by these means people have the chance to give a glance at them at least through my eye.
Lucky me, I thought to myself, I had the opportunity to travel to different countries and to take pictures of amazing landscapes, sunsets and seas around unthinkable places in the world.Definitely and without thinking of this too much, “sharing with others a glimpse of all experiences I’ve lived” is one of the things I love the most of being a Local Guide.
