What I do like te most to be a local guide is to talk about my favorite places.
It’s like talking about my home, my family, and my friends – it’s literally the best thing ever. I don’t even have to fake the smiles when I talk about my favorite restaurant; it’s where I’m happiest, and getting to share with others that sense of happiness and peace is the coolest thing.
I also enjoy when I get to see others get excited about being at my favorite place, when I receive feedback from them.
This kind of ties into the others, but it’s true. There’s nothing quite like that feeling I get when you see that my stories are making people smile, and bringing the life and light out of them. Seeing possible future clients walking around some place they may become familiar with pretty soon is so cool. doing, where you’re at, etc.
I love to be the first one in adding an small business to the map, in Sweden there are lot of them, I also enjoy making reviews of the best coffee shops/Pizzerias/Bistro bars in my area, or helping people with disabilities sharing info about the facilities that they can find in the places that I have been visited.
