I care about sharing every restaurant that I go to and every food dish that I eat that’s awesome. I’ve come to develop a awesome love of food and I want everybody to know it. I want to know how it tastes, I want you to know how it looks, and I want you to know if you should go there or not. all food is not created equal. Some people put their heart and soul into the simplest dishes. Some people don’t put any effort. I wouldn’t know that. When I’m out on the town whether it’s midday trying to find something to eat at lunch time or whether it’s 7 at night and I want a great steak, I need to know that. And if I don’t know that we need to find that. Food has brought people together historically and it’s going to continue to do so. That’s what I care about.
