Sharing my impressions is a serious commitment to me. I am a hotelier and work as a Concierge, so I have to know the best places in town to know exactly what to recommend to my guests. Also, I became kind of an expert on servicing and how to make an extraordinary customer experience. Wherever I go, I always have the customer’s perception and put that in my reviews. I like to focus in the whole experience like the place’s ambience, the prices, the quality of the product and, of course, the customer service, which is a decisive thing for me.
I believe that if every aspect of the experience is good, but the establishment does not know how to treat and deal with they own clients, it’s not worth the visit.
There is nothing specific that I mostly like sharing, I usually write when I have something relevant to say, but I focus on the most important aspects of the visit and make a review based on what stands out – in a good or bad way – the most for me.
