What happened with the visualizations?
I’m Alex, a local level 6 guide, I’ve posted 124 photos with more than 888,000 views and today only one view is shown for each photo. Who knows what this is?

@Indico520 It isn’t very clear what information is needed (maybe due to the limited translation accuracy).

If you are asking why sometimes our photo views are not moving up as fast as before, just know that our photo view count is not updated in real time or near real time. It’s a batch process. Sometimes it can take a few days before photo view counts are updated. Of course in a longer time update period, the jump in view count may be higher than usual since view are accumulative.

If this is not the question you were asking, do ask us again in a bit more detail, so we can help.

Hello @Indico520 ,

Your total view count is still that mentioned number. I also can see real view count for each photo in your profile. So there is no problem in this case.

But I should remind that system has a smart filter to show photos.videos/reviews. As the image you shared shows, system filtered some of your photos so only you can see these photos and these aren’t public. This is also what caused no “circle photo” for that place in your contribution list. So the only person who can view these photos are yourself and the view count for these images is 1 at your first visit and will increase due to your view of your profile.

In such cases it would be better to remove that photo and upload new one from another angle or better crop to increase chance of passing system smart filter.

Thanks for your answer, I’ll tell you more.
Yesterday all the visualizations of my photos were marked as if they had only been seen once, that worried me, after a few hours the information was updated and the updated visualizations were shown.
I share with you the images of before and during the event.
I think you are right in saying that it is due to the update of the information.
Although it is no longer a problem, it was something that worried me.

Okay, thank you very much for your help on this topic

Glad to see it was a temporary issue as dear @StephenAbraham mentioned.
