What force me to be a Google Local Guide.

Hey World!

Greetings

I am a Software Developer, Blogger/Writer, and Google local guide level 6. I love to share my experience about the places I visit in the form of reviews/Photos/Comments and Answering the question about that place.

Being in a technical background, I am kind of person who use hundreds of apps/website but Google Map is one among the best application I love the most which has the major impact around the world and helping millions of people like me to get genuine reviews, to took decisions faster than normal and to get to know about the place I am gonna visit.

Behind every start there is always something hidden, Same in my case there is a short story which force me to become local guide.

It’s been almost one year back I have to go somewhere unknown place early in the morning, and on the same day there was not a single person who guide me with direction which I had to follow.

At that time (first time probably) I took help of Google Map, although google map helps me alot to find direction but not upto that level. because there was no photo uploaded for that place. Finally I reached there with the help of google map.

That was the turning point when I feel, like me there must be many peoples who were misguide by people’s around them for directions/reviews etc because there is no such platform where they can check and decide the path.

So after that I always try add some efforts in the form of reviews along with photos (if possible) on Google Map to make it more eco friendly and broader than now.

Anyways, I uploaded photo for that place which has almost 1.5L+ views so far. which looks simple but seems very useful for people.

Like this I personally always prefer to check reviews about the places I am going to visit which helps me lot to get better visibility about the place.

I always encourage people’s to share their genuine reviews on google map to make this community more stronger than ever.

Till now I almost gave ~100 reviews along with photos and answers to 1000+ questions on google map.

I hope this short story may motivate someone to become a google local guide.
